I got the update and for about 3 mins I saw all My old pics than I got KICK out and when I went back in all My pics where gone. I need my pictures back please correct this

I use to love this app.. I understand you now have to further monetize the app but making it a more inferior product doesnt help that cause. When loading the app you can visually see the four circles where your passcode is to be entered... discretion is out the door upon entering the app. The use is now rendered obsolete if everyone can figure out its a hidden storage section.

I cant even open the app after the update.. how you open it ?? I dont like the new update

My password starts with the number "0" therefore, I cant accessmy photos and the app wont let me even press 0 at the beginning. Fix this issue please.

This is unacceptable, now they charge for space you already had in the very first place. I will give it a couple of weeks hoping they update it with a version removing the option to purchase more space.. otherwise deleting it and not recommendint it at all, theres other apps doing this and not charging a penny.

I got an email from support saying my photos will come back. Then I saw an app update - this update didnt fix it so I guess Im hanging tight while I wait for another update...

This new app still doesnt work I cant see none of my pictures or videos please fix it...

I read the bug fix about coach beginning with zero. I still cannot get mine to function. My code does begin with zero.

This app WAS great... All the stuff that made it great is LOCKED AND NOW YOU HAVE TO PAY!!! Go Back to the what made this app so great! Or many, like myself will DELETE THIS APP... Update: 10/31/16 Still NOTHING!!!! ALL OUR PHOTOS ARE GONE!!! Nothing but gray boxes where ALL OUR PHOTOS were!!! After not updating this app for 3+ years. (It worked perfectly this entire time, mind you) You then decide to update it and COMPLETELY SCREW IT UP!!!! Will we ever see our photos/videos again???????? Update: 11/3/16 STILL NOTHING WORST APP DEVELOPER... Who "upgrades" a perfectly good app and manages to COMPLETELY RUIN IT??? He also hasnt addressed the main problem that we longtime users are having! WHERE DID ALL THE PICTURES & VIDEOS GO?

Where are my pics and videos? Will I ever get them back? All I have in the sub folders is GRAY BOXES! None of your updates have changed or solved this issue! Put out an update that works, or change it back to the original app.. TOTAL FAIL !!

The update messed up the code input when your code starts with 0. Hope it gets fixed.

First of all it was a great app all they did was update it and just problems now I couldnt open it after the up date I waited it out it finally open that was good then I was able to see my pics but the next time I opened it, it ask me to buy memory so save my pic cause they can get lost so I did now I cant see my pics only the new ones I add I can see... whats going on with the app ?

Updated the new version and all of my photos and videos are gone. Where are they??

Ive had this app for a long time. After the update, I cant even get into the app.

Constant crashes. Slow and unresponsive. Cant add cant delete. A real piece of crap.

DO NOT USE. Cant use after update. Dont waste your time. Much better apps out there. Skip this one, seriously.

No idea why a good thing was changed. Not sure how to reset my password or access my stuff.
